Preparing for performance-based interviewing 

The job market is currently challenging and competition is fierce. What do you need to do to stand out from the competition?  

Keep it simple.  

• It is not about how many years’ experiences you have, or the skills accumulated but rather what you have done with your experience and skills that truly matter. This enables the interviewer to gauge accomplishments against the expectations of the job. 
• During the interview, you will be asked to provide specific examples of major comparable accomplishments, effectively aligning past successes with the projected tasks of the role. 
• The interviewer wants the successful hire to demonstrate successes in areas relating directly to the job’s requirements as this will set you up for success.
